This course will help you optimise the use of Sage Business Cloud Accounting for your non-profit organisation in South Africa.
This training will take place over two full days and you need to attend both days of the same course.
What You Learn
Delegates will be shown how to use Sage Business Cloud Accounting for their non-profit organisation, so they can process bookkeeping entries and maximise sponsor reporting. You will be taught how to setup a Sage Accounting profile, create a company, add and manage user access, create analysis codes for donor, department and cost centre reporting, add donors and sponsors, suppliers, inventory and general ledger accounts. You will learn how to process various customer and supplier documents such as quotes, pledges, invoices and credit notes, and you will have the ability to process banking transactions, import bank statements and automatic bank feeds. The course will end with a round-up of reports including profitability, management accounts and budgets.
Who Should Attend
This course is for novice finance administrators in the non-profit sector who are either using or about to start using Sage Business Cloud Accounting to manage their organisation’s finances.
